Down to Earth body works offers comprehensive massage and body work services. Lauren helped me to heal. I started seeing Lauren after suffering a deep psoas muscle tear. It is a painful and slow healing injury that is tricky to treat. Prior to seeing Lauren, I was walking with a walking stick for longer distances and contemplating surgery. I’m grateful to have found such a skilled healer and to get back to hiking, yoga and good health.
Lauren does a fantastic job working on people with chronic pain. My husband didn't get any relief from sciatic pain from PT this go-around, so someone recommended Lauren to him. He calls her "The Sciatica Whisperer". After my regular massage therapist moved, I was having trouble finding someone who would go as deep as I needed. Lauren has completely fixed me!! I’ve been going to her for about 6 months now…once, sometimes twice a month. I have gone to other massage therapists in the past and I’ve been fairly happy with them but none of them can touch Lauren as far as her knowledge of the body and what exactly needs to be done to fix me.
