Waited 30 mins to get my order to go, and when I received it, the burger had nothing but cheese on it, when I told the bartender that everything on it was fine, and the fries were stale. I returned it and got fresh fries and toppings. No sauce or ketchup on the burger, the bread was hard, and the meat was dry and hard to eat. I only ate it cause I was really hungry and I had to get back to work. I would not recommend going to this place. The bartender was nice though.
Down the Hatch was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. We should have read the reviews first. Food was terrible. We couldn’t say anything because our waiter didn’t stay long enough for us to respond. Jaiden was his name. Terrible waiter. Terrible!!!! I stopped at the bar asking where I should pay. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Especially Brooklin! She’s so quick and friendly. You never have an empty glass.
This is a busy place but it is well staffed
