Here is my review of Down South Cutz, I arrived for my haircut appointment at 11AM, and the person who was supposed to cut my hair didn't show up until 11:06, then after she spent another few minutes setting up, I told her what I wanted, I wanted my afro to be reshaped, and a line up on my hairline and side burns, then, she started cutting my hair.
