They did an excellent job on my suburban and the customer service was phenomenal couldn't have asked for more. Mary was the best service manager and the painter Monica did an exceptionally good job painting the side that got hit the color matched perfectly couldn't tell where the old paint stopped and the new paint started . Thanks to Doug and crew and especially Mary you guys were great.

I took my vehicle here after an accident and it took 5 weeks to get done. The customer service and communication was horrible, the shop manager was awful. She is VERY rude, insulted me and NEVER called when she said she would. In the 5 weeks they had my car she only called me twice, once to tell me my car was ready(after I was told for the 2 weeks prior it would have been done), she said to me more then once she would call to update me and NEVER did. This place is a joke! They don't take care of your vehicles they do grimy things and I would of thought this place is a chop shop and pharmacy. �
This company has gone above and beyond for me! Treating my vehicle like their own. Quality repairs and the most extreme customer service I have ever experienced! Highly recommended!!
Doug really treated me like family and made sure he took great care of my vehicle! As soon as I called Mary made me feel so comfortable and and even made me laugh about the situation I put my car through. I truly recommend them and I will continue to use their services. Even after I shopped around he still gave me the better deal and made my car look brand new. GO TO HIM! HE IS GREAT!
Very friendly and cordial group, unfortunately I had an awful experience. Poor communication really ruined it for me. I had to call in each day to see what was going on with my car and it took 3 full days to replace my breaks. A lot of promises were made only to end up being broken. Expectations were very high going in but ended up as low as they could go.
