Andrea, sorry for your troubles.. but a few important facts were omitted from your review. First, the install of your insert took place in 2013 and this is the first time you have mentioned you are having any troubles to us. The manufacturer has an list of warranty coverage that it supports for your fireplace. Secondly, your neighbor had remodel work done in 2015 and their fireplace was revamped. Down Right Cozy did an excellent job with a wood stove install. My factory built fireplace had been removed by the previous owner and they cane with a perfect solution of a rear vented wood stove. I’m thrilled with how it turned out!

My husband and I were looking to get a gas insert and they were very helpful with helping us pick one out. They were very prompt and on time and did a wonderful job on our installation. The job was completed as promised. I was a little worried when they showed up later than we had discussed but once they completed the job, I can say I am very happy with the completed projects. I would hire them again.
