I’ve used Dale three times now, and he was able to see me the same day I called. The first time I had a refrigerant leak. The second time a fan motor needed replaced. Both times he was able to fix the issue on the same day. A few months later, the fan motor that was installed inadvertently had the wire insulation wear and shorted out to the compressor tubing, leaking all of the refrigerant.
