Very easy going staff and not as intimidating or overwhelming as I imagine. So glad I took the plunge with Downhome CrossFit and can’t wait to see improvements in form and physique 🥳

A little bit small, so call if you are interested in dropping in. If you have business in Pooler, GA Patrick and Sunny are a must stop gym if you need to get your WOD!
I literally cannot sing the praises of Down Home CrossFit loudly enough. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced the feeling of back-in-the-day, kind of OG CrossFit, and Sunny and Jake nailed it. Their programming is so careful and thoughtfully planned, but more importantly, they are welcoming and engaging and helpful. No one is left lost in the corner.
