What a wonderful group of people at Down East Realty in New Bern. We’re looking to buy a home and stopped by while we were in town. Unfortunately, we’re a little too far away to buy from them directly but Amanda was a wonderful resource to show us around and answer all of our questions. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful!

I had such traumatic experience with these people. Paid in full cash had my house sitting on my property from june to about Sept without anything done. Was told 6-8 weeks to setup property and move in. I assumed 12weeks for delays. Property was vacant july 1st .... was told id be able to move in by Halloween. Nothing was done all summer. Kept checking in and always excuse. Once on.property house sat near my driveway and no work was done for an entire week claiming someone got hit with one of the Jack's and had to get checked... read more
