Chis was great! I have already noticed a huge difference with our outside bug problems after 24hr.
This Company is the only one I use and have been using them for about five years now. They are vere friendly, professional, compassionate, and I could go on and on. They have done my yard and inside our home. Their first time left a great impression and I never looked anywhere else. Thank you all so much. You're the BEST! Keep up the good work!

The technicians are wonderful but if you can get through the office to make an appointment without being talked back to and being completely rude and the lady hands the phone off to her daughter because she doesn't like your questions then good luck. Customer service and respect for the paying customer has completely failed. Good customer service is to deescalate the situation even if you have a disgruntled customer on the other end asking questions. I can't even for sure say if she even put me down for an appointment.
Both times I have used Down East they have been prompt, professional, and explained what was going on, as well as their services very clearly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
