2024 Service: Quartz countertops for kitchen and island. Staff: from greetings at the front desk, working with sales (Denelle) always able to answer our questions, to the installers leaving our home neat and clean. Everyone was genuine. They gave you a true timeline of when product was available and installation date and held to it. Every step along the way was a great experience. Highly recommend using Down East Fabrication. Tony was a joy to work with. We contracted with Down East for a bathroom vanity countertop and a small wall cap. Tony helped us to find a remnant piece which would compliment our new bathroom The day before installation I received a call from Tony that the peice we selected was found to be scratched badly when they went to cut it.
