RecommendedIf you need a new car, go see Pat. I took a friend there who wanted a Toyota. We saw Pat first and he gave us a price for the car she wanted. She wanted to shop around. After going to four other Toyota dealers, we were back getting her car from Pat. Almost 4K cheaper than all the others and the fastest delivery time. I’ve gotten my last three cars from him.
Great experience buying our Toyota Tacoma. Would definitely recommend dealing with Dowling. Service department is excellent. Great costumer service.
I recently traded in my Jeep Cherokee for a Toyota Highlander. The Sales Department was very helpful and not pushy when selecting a vehicle for purchase. They ordered me exactly what I wanted. The service has also been great to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule which has been most helpful with an ever changing work environment.
Funny to see others saying how poorly they were treated here, and how rude pat is. I even got a “do you know who I am??” From him. They offer NO help, even when it’s a recall. Took the car to Stevens auto mall and they fixed it with no questions asked. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go here
Sales and Service the best in the area. Friendly, "Family style" dealership. traded in our 20 year old Sienna (that we bought here) and Pat was there the whole way. No pushy "this is the car you want" sales pitch, just asked what we were thinking about and went out and found it. if you're in the market look no further, you've found the place to do business
Manager was incredibly rude to me about replacing running boards that rusted on our brand new 2017 truck. He had me do all the leg work to get the new part shipped to him and then wanted to charge us labor on top of that for a part that should have never rusted, Dont go to this place unless you want to be cheated or robbed. The worst customer service a "manager" of a business I ever saw !!
I was so nervous about buying my first car on my own. my mother and I had absolutely no idea what we were doing but I had the best experience working with Pat (who did not get annoyed with my endless questions !)
