This is a terrible management company. They manage a property across the street and rent to a fraternity. Loud parties, underage drinking, no regard for the rest of the neighborhood. Police must be called in attempts to shut down weekday and constant partying at this property. Dan Dowling in unresponsive and unwilling to do anything about it. He is supposed to be maintaining the grounds as well and the house is falling apart. If you care about your property I'd recommend looking elsewhere for property management....
