Whatever you do, do not do business with Mike (a manager in sales). Very shady and tried to sell me a truck at a price that was way over what was listed on the site. The sticker on the truck window was nonexistent and they would not tell me what it was listed for. When confronted over the phone, he hung up on me.
I puchased a 2019 F-150 Platinum from the dealership. There were red flags from the beginning,the Sales person lied about a bad Cam Phaser they could repair in a coiuple days. The used Car Sales manager lied and said I don't have a Cam Phase and I do. The Service manager lied for two months stating they were backed up and couldn't get to it. and the shop technician lied and said he couldn't recreate the Cam pHaser event. I was on the road and my tire pressure lights came on, I had just passed by my Dealership(Mathieu Ford) and turned around and went to service and asked if they had a air hose, He smiled and said Nope! Then said pull your car to the bay door, I did as he asked and right then they filled all 4 tires that were all down to 28 Pressure! I thought it was just one tire! They filled all 4 and I drove away! Mathieu Ford is the best for any service or emengency! The Best! Thank you Service!
Jim Schmidt Ford operates like I wish more businesses would! So very friendly and kind! Their service department is top notched no one can beat them in this area. They are so knowledgeable and kind The office staff is always so friendly this is one business I don't mind visiting. Lovely waiting area, they make sure you are comfortable if you have to wait on service. Thank you to all the employees of Jim Schmidt we sure appreciate you!

I bought a Ford Transit van from this place that they had to have known needed brand new brakes as well as a whole new abs system. I test drove it and found that the brakes seemed off so they took off about 1.4k from the price, but to find out a whole new brake system AND abs system would cost almost 4k. This happened withing 2 days of driving the vehicle. When I reached out to Tom the Salesperson I bought the van from I got no response.
I purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester from Bob Davidson in October 2024. I was recently widowed and had been in two accidents earlier in 2024 that left me carless for a few months. I came to Bob Davidson looking for a backup car (so I didn't wind up without a car to drive again) and to use for my side job delivering.
