TERRIBLE customer service, guy at the counter was an ABSOLUTE dick because I didn't buy my weedeater there and ordered it online, I will never recommend anyone go there ever again

Catastrophic engine failure as you described needs to be properly diagnosed to determine the cause of the engine failure. First time I have been to dowlers and I Bought a ferris IS2100. I checked all over ohio and west Virginia at dealers, dowlers was by far the best deal.kathy was very helpful, I would definitely recommend them!
I left a mower part for Service to call for warranty. Three days later - no call was made to manufacturer.
RecommendedSales,,, they ask a lot of questions so they can sell you what you need.
The worst customer service department in Parkersburg. Every year it is a argument to get routine maintenance parts for my tractor. They are unwilling to help and extremely rude. That will be the last time I step foot in this so called business
Weeks of trying to decide on what kind of lawn tractor I needed for my grandmothers yard Dowler’s came through big time. Helped me with all 100 questions I had unlike Home Depot and Lowe’s. I got everything I needed and a locally opened shop to answer all my questions and work on my equipment if I ever need it. This is 5 star service I appreciate what they did for me!
Service used to be good now their word isn't worth the gum on your shoe. IL give my mower away and go with a kabota before I give them any more business!!!!!!! Arrogant ass holes!
