Customer service?? Negative. There are dozens of customers as I write this that have been without propane for days even though they've been in contact numerous times asking for refills. Pathetic response to freezing seniors!
As a homeowner I do my own gas work and electrical and everything that I can..to save a buck and I really appreciated how this company operates always there for helping hand and a short wait time as well. They don't just deliver propane. They have a very good service side. And thank you! Brad did a great job out of my place and very happy.
More expensive than other stations and although they claim 24/7 the pumps didn't work tonight and nobody can do anything about it because the office is closed. Going to pay off my bill and close my account. Not worth it.
