To be clear, I have not had a project experience with this company and won't disparage performance or customer service. All I can say is that the IVR answering system is the most incompetent deployment of a customers first experience with a company that I have ever had professionally. Someone needs step up and fix that problem. I was ready to throw my phone across the room trying to find a department let alone a living being. These guys actually follow through and do what they say. They saved me when another contractor totally messed up the job. You can trust these guys. Ember is so great to work with and has tons of experience!
Nick always gets our jobs taken care of in a timely manner. These guys do some amazing work. Definitely recommend!
