Owner was very unprofessional! Checked on our house owned by our father who passed away. We were trying to get house sold. He Assumed Termites…He Never found any proof! Looked at 2 joists in basement that had been the same for 21 years, no lie!! Assumed Termites. No samples taken and he doesn’t even treat termites for his pest control business!
