Midtown Plaza in Norman has fantastic offices! Ample parking, great interior updates, professional and the rent is very competitive. The building has lots of different floor plans and office sizes so there is a fit for everyone.
I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment from 2016-2017. I DO NOT recommend renting from Dowell Properties, especially if you need to save money! Pros: --good sized apartment (850 sq ft 1 bedroom) -lots of storage (2 walk in closets, 2 smaller closets, loads of cabinets) -amenities are ok (2 pools, small laundromat) -good location -low cost compared to other apartments in the area -office open for limited hours on Saturday Cons: -maintenance is TERRIBLE -management is terrible -lots of bugs (thousands of roaches, spiders, bedbugs) -... read more
