We experienced awful service and will be filing a formal complaint to the Fed. We never received a call after a hard inquiry was done on our credit. Reached out multiple times only to be ignored. I asked around and multiple people encouraged us never to use this credit union. DO NOT SIGN UP ONLINE!! Hopefully a formal, federal complaint prevents this from happening to others.
