First call got a answer and I'm who you need and will help you was the response. Never heard from them again. 6 calls and no return calls to even say they are too busy or anything. Anyone who handles customer service like this, I surely wouldn't trust them to have my business.
Worst service ever! Paid multiple times for a survey, and drawing and received no service. We called the “office” about 20 times and never got anyone on the phone. Lee the only person there so said he would come out and help us find the property line and never showed. We had graders on site waiting for him to show. Nothing! We left numorous messages and got nothing. After two weeks of waiting and looking for the property line it’s not even there. They never marked it.
