I flew out to Lacey Washington to help my sister drive /move back to Oklahoma. We got just outside Ontario Oregan when the battery light came on. Stopped at Orileys to test the battery and alternator and the battery was bad. Donnie pointed us towards Dowdys for a change. Got to the Shop and Joey , even though it was 45 minutes to closing, was a gem!!! He and his team got the battery changed and oil topped off ( at no extra charge) and back on the road feeling a whole lot more confident. Highly reccomend this service team!!!
Very good emergency service. I was surprised at how quick they were. The job was very well done. Price was on par with quality shops.
Charged twice as much as the fuel filters cost. I realise its goeing to be more through the shop, BUT DOUBLE?. Ram 3500 6.7. But service was Good staff friendly.

I was passing through on my way back to S.D. and had a loose wire harness connection. The guys helped me out immediately and I was back on the road in minutes. Really appreciated the service and would return for any more complicated repairs.
