I unfortunately have to leave a bad review just due to the inconvenience having to take my car back twice in a week timeframe and all I want is them to figure out my ac issue. Both times they have said it’s fine and when I get in the car and drive away it blows the hottest air I’ve ever felt. So it makes me question whether they even took it for a test drive or not and what I actually paid for. Very helpful in a tough situation. We were on our way home from vacation when the oil light came on. Had it towed late Sunday evening to Dowdy's. They inspected it before noon Monday morning. Their prices were fair and all staff were really kind. Thanks, Dowdy's!
