Dan did a Very PROFESSIONAL job of trouble shooting. They found that another ‘different’ shop had charged me for repairs and parts, which they forgot to actually install and complete. This human error caused four (4) days of shop time trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong!?! Finally, Dan @ Dowdy went back to the first repair done at the other ‘different’ shop and found the problem as stated above. After installing the $12 missing part, the A/C runs COLD!
