I was missing a piece in Niagara Falls puzzle! I contacted a factory to send me a missing piece and they said they would send the whole new puzzle. Since it has never arrived, I called again and they said I would have to pay a shipping which would amount to much more then the puzzle price in the store. So disappointed ☹️
Bought a Dowdle box of 4 puzzles at Walmart. 3 are 300 pieces and the fourth is 500 pieces. Then there is just one page with all four pictures to help put each together. The pictures are too small to help at all. I’ve had to take a picture with my phone of each picture then enlarge it to know what pieces go where. Not good.
My family and I stopped by today. This place is AMAZING! Of course we didn't leave without buying a few puzzles. Thank you !
First part of July 2024 we stopped to visit the actual manufacturer location in Lindon! We have been enjoying Dowdle puzzles for years! The facility is amazing! Absolutely beautiful & delightful displays! A “puzzlers dream”! Plus the young lady was super friendly, knowledgeable & kind! “ A must on your bucket list! Enjoy!
