I ordered 3 puzzles, 3 day shipping. I called a week later and there was a mistake on their end. The lady was very kind and got my order shipped out right away. Even though there was a mistake made, it was solved. I received the puzzles I ordered. I'm a happy customer 😊. I would recommend buying from them.

I'm sure if you received what you paid for, you are happy. I purchased a 1000-piece puzzle as a gift and received the 500-piece version. No problem; mistakes happen. However, I have emailed three times over the last three weeks with no response. I have received their automated reply indicating my email was received, and they would respond in 3-5 days. Has not happened. Their product looks good, but the support is non-existent. Buyer beware. You are taking your chances.

Each of my kids came away with their own little personal puzzles, and I got the big America the Beautiful puzzle! We had the best experience, and will definitely be back... read more
