Never actually got to meet the doctor. I was told by a very unprofessional staff that his appointments are three months out. I can't imagine any medical condition where waiting three months to see a doctor is acceptable. So all you ever get is a physician's assistant with limited experience. If I'm paying for a doctor's appointment, I'd prefer to actually see a doctor. Can't say I'll ever go back.
Dr. Dowden is not concerned with the treatment his patients receive. His office staff is the worst! I would not recommend this office to anyone. It is far from Family Medicine as the name may suggest!
Very unprofessional front desk staff. Office staff doesn't follow up with patient. Communication is very poor.
Dr Dowden and his staff are very professional, thorough and compassionate. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and address all your concerns. My husband and five children have been patients of Dr Dowden for many years and my granddaughters will soon be joining the ranks. Dr Dowden and his staff have my complete confidence and respect!
Never got to see him. Saw his P.A. and she was ok. His office staff does not follow through and if they aren't efficient, how can the practice be efficient? I'm moving on, trying to find a good doctor with a good staff.
