Southpark's best fitness secret! Tucked in the back of Piedmont Row its quaint, loaded with equipment, and a wide range of classes. But the real reason to go is because of the wonderful staff!!!
Such an amazing atmosphere here! Although smaller than other YMCAs it is still super functional and very clean at all times.
So many great activities for all age ranges!
Courtney's Zumba classes on Wednesdays and Fridays are awesome! 930am.
