My townhouse got same roofing replacement with my neighbor at the same time about 13 years ago, my neighbor said 15 years warranty at that time, but when I visited their company, they said no. Finally I let them replace the vent and repair the roof, but Dowd company forgot replace the bathroom fan pipe to insulated pipe, and replaced a smaller vent, and no any response for that in 3 months. Their roofer only wants “easy work to do”. Not a professional work. Don't want to choose DOWD roofing company again.

This company did our roof and one of the employees stepped through our ceiling and created a huge hole We were told to get a contractor to do the repair and they would take the repair amount off our bill. We asked everywhere and couldn’t find a dry waller to do the work and provide a receipt. So Dowd Roofing found someone and he came over about a month and a couple months after the damage was done and we haven’t seen or heard from them over the last month. We have been happy customers for years now. Any time there is a storm related issue related to our roof, Dowd honours it. They have been excellent to work with and I would recommend them.
