DO NOT RENT FROM DOWD PROPERTIES!!! I'm a great tenant. My family doesn't cause and problems, we're clean ppl and haven't came close to being late with payment. Our place has been without air conditioning going on 4 days now. While Central Illinois is under a heat advisory telling ppl to stay indoors and heat indexes reaching 110 degrees. This is my bath tub living with Dowd Properties. We have sent multiple requests and had multiple plumbers here for weeks and nothiiiiinnnggg is fixed I cant even shave or else I will get an infection.
