RecommendedDiscovered water everywhere two nights before Christmas from a cracked water heater. Dowd came out that night, checked what we needed and came back the next morning at a time convenient for us to do the repairs. Our repairman, Scott and his assistant, were pleasant, knowledgeable and did neat work we were all fixed before we knew it. Great relief on a holiday weekend.
I can not say enough good things about this company. From Joe Dowd,the office staff, Dianna Gallen and the installers of my new Heat pump Rachid and Ismain. Everyone was always polite,respectful of our home and full knowledge of their job and equipment. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants a company that they can trust.
