Where to start...let’s start with the 3 hour maintenance visit I endured last week. Well, the last thing you want to do is clean your carpet after an air conditioning check up appointment, but that is exactly what we had to do after the kid they sent tracked mud through the house after spraying out the two outdoor units forever (something that has never had to be done in the prior 8 years I’ve been dealing with this firm). Outstanding company and service! This is the third time I have used Dowd Mechanical and will use them time and time again. I had a water heater go bad this weekend. Joe Dowd, the owner, was on a cruise with his family at the time but took the time while away to get me taken care of and resolved the issue. I cannot say enough about this company, their employees, and their service! Couldn't ask for a better crew. Thanks again guys for everything! - Kevin H.

DOWD put a new air conditioning heating unit in for us today and we absolutely love it! They were on time and very professional. Beautiful unit and works great. Everything about the unit was explained even, step by step, how to use the new thermostat.😊 Prices were the best in comparison to other estimates. Awesome!!!!!

Rachid came to my house to fix my heater and tune up my air conditioner. He was extremely courteous and knowledge. Rachid was very efficient and explained everything to me in a helpful manner. Last year Scott helped me out and he was also very kind and great. Dowd is always reliable and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Just had my annual service, Scott Fisher did a great job, provided a lot of good info and explained everything he was doing, kept everything very clean and did a great overall health check. As always, a 1st class operation.

We called Dowd today because our heater would not light no matter what we tried. They had Terence here within the hour to see what was going on and he was super friendly even with my crazy kids running around. He explained what was wrong and even showed it to me so i could see what had happened. I can’t thank him enough for coming out on a Saturday when I’m sure he had better things to do. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again 😊
