Friendly shipping and receiving. Quick unload of extrusion.
Dowco would not stand behind their warranty. I received a cover that should have never left the production department. Cover was factory flawed and I received no assistance from Dowco. They stated "sorry, but you didn't purchase your cover through and approved retailer". I will never again purchase one of their over priced products. China could have done better and that is truly sad.
