I’ve been a customer for a few years and each year they’ve been increasingly difficult to deal with. Even though they’re more expensive than most, they use cheaper products and it really shows. I usually have a lot to bring to their attention but I don’t unless it gets out of control. I try to be kind and respectful but they're argumentative and have gone as far as blaming me for a problem. Dowco has been there promptly when it snowed last winter, even late at night, to ensure I could get out of my driveway. I was so appreciative of their service that they now help me maintain my perennial beds and lawn. Thank you Dowco
We've been using Dowco for almost 10 years now, and we love the results. The lawn has never looked better. Their employees are great, always polite and considerate. The sidewalks, driveway and patio are always clean and free of grass clipping, leaves and fertilizer when they leave. We appreciate the notes they leave at the front door when they're done. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and we have!
