It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin the image of a whole company. I’ve come here a handful of times and it’s been good honest interactions. So I call to get my tires rotated ( I have a front wheel car and waited way too long so the front tires are horrid). I make an appt for 8am I was the first car & hoping to get out quickly since I’m missing work (7am).
