I have used these guys for years! They are absolutely amazing. I noticed our furnace stopped working and so I called a little bit ago. Alex helped me get it back up and running! Thank goodness in these sub-zero temperatures. Love love love these guys!
Exceptional service and very convenient! They are available and responded to my furnace quiting within the hour and on a weekend! Everything was checked such as thermostat to make sure not a mistake on my part; Fixed what needed to be repaired without driving up the cost! The only problem is my furnace went out again early in the morning on a cold Sunday so Im hoping it can be fixed; Provides recommendations to avoid costly future repairs! Very highly recommend!!!

Dow Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioning in the downstairs part of our building. They did a great job. They are professional, kind and completed all the work in one day. Their prices are fair and I completely trust their recommendations. I would recommend Dow Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of their services. We called Dow again in September 2023 to replace our HVAC units in the upstairs office and they again did an excellent job. I can't recommend them enough!
