I mainly use the gym, but it’s frustrating that important machines like the leg extension, shoulder press, and several cardio machines have been broken for months without repair. A short wait would be understandable, but several months is unacceptable especially after towels were also taken away. The staff are very kind, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. I hope management takes action soon and prioritizes fixing the equipment members rely on.

Physical Therapist are awesome, Kaitlyn listens and cares about your concerns. I was disappointed recently that the front desk has let me check in for appts without asking for co pay. So I had 6 weeks of past payments due at once, ridiculous.

I love this medical office. I can get same day appointment. The team is on time. My go-to RNPC is Erin. She is very attentive and takes time to listen during my visits. She always offers different treatment options and discuss the recommended course of action if I have concerns.

This place is great until you actually need anything. Do not replace your pcp with them, you will not be able to get their approval for needed care no matter how many of their hoops you jump through.
