Physical Therapist are awesome, Kaitlyn listens and cares about your concerns. I was disappointed recently that the front desk has let me check in for appts without asking for co pay. So I had 6 weeks of past payments due at once, ridiculous.
I love this medical office. I can get same day appointment. The team is on time. My go-to RNPC is Erin. She is very attentive and takes time to listen during my visits. She always offers different treatment options and discuss the recommended course of action if I have concerns.
This place is great until you actually need anything. Do not replace your pcp with them, you will not be able to get their approval for needed care no matter how many of their hoops you jump through.
I changed from a Dr. and office that made my appointments and responded to prescription refills in a timely manner. Came to this place because it was close to work, first and only visit was ok but after that never received a phone call or email any kind of an attempt of communication for a follow up visit. Now my medications are not filled because of this. Prior to this refills are always delayed. The pharmacy is always waiting on Dr approval
