I spent a bunch of my time on the phone with Ed Dovin discussing a potential case several months ago. I sent him personal documents related to this case that took my time to prepare. I followed up multiple times via email and phone. I even got him on the phone and he said he would get back to me. He never declined my case. He simply just didn't respond or call me back.
