I’ve been there twice and have had good experiences both times. There’s always a wait at urgent care which is to be expected but It really wasn’t that long. The doctor/PA Susan was awesome. Took her time and figured out what I needed and was very helpful and thorough.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This facility is poor healthcare and fails to communicate to the appropriate staff when necessary. Went in because my family tested positive for COVID and my symptoms worsened. Waited around for at least hr and half in the lobby, which I understand because medical care is inundated. What I’m frustrated about is once I was pulled into a room I was informed from the NP that we were infecting others (I was masked up) and needed to leave to finish it with a Telehealth visit. Dr. was very nice. I have a low score because they don’t have an X-ray machine. Why go pay for urgent care and then have to be sent to the hospital for X-ray? I should have just gone to a different urgent care.
Not sure why the bad reviews, but this urgent care attended me promptly and adequately.
Seen in urgent care last week, I had a small wait,taken into the room and information was given why I was there,had nose swabs done the wait was 10 minutes for results the physician came in introduced him self asked questions why my visit I explained he checked my lungs and heart swabs all neg sent me out with antibiotics best Doctor visit I have had in a long time thank you from a retired nurse
