I have had a few loans through them and also been banking with them for over 15 years and always been helpful and friendly to deal with.
Kellie and Laurie were exceptionally helpful as my sister looked to assure accounts would go to whom she wanted. Rather than "accepting what the computer said" each of them investigated, corrected, followed up with others and my sister was able to leave assured her wishes are accurately reflected as t the credit union. They also gave her information as to how she can assure the information is correct in the future. My sister was as greatly relieved and felt one thing was done and off her list. Wonderful service.
Nicole was very helpful and friendly. She made the whole process of getting a loan for my car a breeze!
