RecommendedI would just like to take a minute and say thank you to Dover Veterinary Hospital. Today was hard for me. Going to pick up Aryan's ashes, I wasn't sure what to expect. They were the ONLY place that followed my wishes while staying in my price range. When I got him back I was overcome with emotions, I was with so happy with what I got. It brought tears to my eyes. Dr. McCarthy was so kind & walked us through the evaluation & euthanasia process. Every effort was made to comfort both our cat and us during this process. We are so grateful.
I've been bringing my cats here for years and just brought my puppy in for the first time and I couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and I've never had a question go unanswered. Unlike alot of other vets I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me products which is a relief.

I brought my Duke (14.5 yr golden doodle) in routine visit after not feeling himself. the staff was great with my crazed fur baby mom concerns, explained all procedures, exam. course of treatment, and he's more his happy self. thank you. Tracy
Best vet ever. The staff is always kind and compassionate and it really makes a difference how they interact with your pet. Dr McCarthy is so sweet and also very thorough with explanations. They even sent me a text following up on my pets care. Definitely happy every time I’ve been here with my cat and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her!
The best choice for your pet with the best staff ever! Our lovely old girl is full of high drama and histrionics for absolutely no reason other than she can 🤷♀️ and yet they always treat her with gentleness and great humor. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dover Veterinary Hospital! They went out of their way to accommodate us today with an emergency new puppy visit. They spent over an hour with us answering questions and getting to know our new little guy! They also gave him lots of treats, love and even a little playtime with the staff. I highly recommend these folks! I am so impressed with their patience and care today. Harry says, “Thank you!” 🐾
