EDITED because the owner did reach out to rectify the situation and I have had good experiences in the past with other stylists!! I want to start by saying I’ve gone to this salon for years and never had an issue but more recently I went to have a trim and asked for ash brown hair, hoping to go a little darker than my natural color. I had a new stylist, but I figured, what’s the worst that could happen?
