Love the staff. Their knowledge is amazing. They are so friendly ,you feel right at home.Not to mention,the dogs walking around greet you at the door.
The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! I always feel welcome and love being greeted by happy dogs as well. Only problem is, with so much great gear I spend too many $$ 😂😂.

Dover Saddlery in Libertyville far exceeds my expectations of costumer service and satisfaction, a rarity in today’s world! My recent experience involved the replacement of a manufacturers faulty merchandise which the Dover Store immediately rectified. That’s what I call costumer service, no excuses just excellent problem solving!
