Rude staff. Will never go there again. Waited half hour to get in and they let people behind us in first. Do not care for the Dover in my local area due to limited merchandise but will never go to Dover in Charlottesville again.

RecommendedThe store manager Traher and her staff went above and beyond for me when buying a new saddle. On two different days they swapped out a gullet into two different saddles for me so I could demo them that day. This is no easy task and I appreciated the help! Thanks again!
RecommendedTraveled there today from Chattanooga, TN. As busy as they were I was helped in a timely fashion by an informative and nice worker named Sally, I believe. She was very knowledgeable and helpful fitting me with the proper sized eventing vest and getting some riding boots as well. Worth the 2 hour trip and will be back!
