I purchase almost everything through Dover since it’s decently close to my house (about 30 minutes) and I came and purchased a halter today. When asking if they would put the halter plate I purchased they asked if it was bought through them. I said no and was told no because it was not purchased through them. I showed the reason I stopped buying plates through them (because they are TERRIBLE and ruin my tack after a month - picture attached) and because of that I had to buy new tack. Huge shout out to Dover of Alpharetta! My daughter had an accident, we needed a copy of our receipt for her helmet, not only did they e-mail one but they sent one in the mail with a very special hand written note. Becky Lampl, your kind words meant more than you know! They have a customer for life!
This store is huge and the staff is SO helpful! Liz has been the only one to help me find a helmet that actually fits. And Melanie helped me with a saddle and it fits me like a glove. Best Dover store for sure

Incredibly helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and they didn’t push high priced items on us at all! Quite the opposite actually! We got everything we needed for our daughter to start her lessons and it was way under what we expected! So glad we went there!
