Everyone at this store is so nice and helpful. For example, I had bought a new pair of half chaps and they broke the second time I used them and I was able to exchange them for a new pair. They have great sales and will always order anything you need if they don't have it in stock.

Very impressed with the staff's knowledge about their inventory and their willingness to take the time with customers and explain the difference between the various products from each company. This was especially important when I recently purchased my first safety rated vest and zipper knee boots, both of which are major investments for a rider with limited resources. I'm used to going to the Delaware store which is a bit bigger. But this store was stocked equally well and the staff was so friendly I was really impressed. Asked multiple times if I needed help. And very pleasant to deal with. Well done.
