Rude staff. Will never go there again. Waited half hour to get in and they let people behind us in first. Do not care for the Dover in my local area due to limited merchandise but will never go to Dover in Charlottesville again.

Excellent staff and the prices are great! They were so sweet to work with. The young lady who was measuring my daughter for tall boots had her hands full as my daughter is not a easy fit with shoes however, she managed to find her the perfect boots! We will definitely be back!
