Went into the store asking if I could return something because I bought the wrong item, the woman was very kind and looked up my purchase in the system and completed the return with no issues. One of the younger girls helped me find exactly what I needed and helped me the whole way to the checkout. Great experience!

My daughter and I knew the Tent Sale was approaching- but for some reason we didn't get the usual flyer. I contacted the store and they sent me photos of the flyer pages via FB! Gotta love technology and great service!!!
I love Dover, but I do not love the customer service. I've shopped there often and am never greeted and more often than not, the employees seem annoyed that I was asking for help or even just trying to pay. I'd rather just shop online...
