I went into the store tonight because of their Veterans Day sale. I brought my new saddle and Carrie and the other team member helped me with my whole setup. Carrie give me awesome advice and I had a great experience. They ordered the bit I asked for and I came out with everything I needed plus a gift card and 10% off. I had a blast.
Went in to Dover Saddlery in Parker, CO yesterday and had a phenomenal experience! Brooke helped me out with finding paddock boots and gloves. But the best part is that she got me out the door with brand new paddock boots for free to replace my old ones that were ruined! I had bought my previous boots at the store, and they guarantee their ariat boots. I was unbelievably shocked! Great service. My daughter is very difficult to fit in a helmet. Knowledgeable staff patiently worked with her for over 30 minutes to find a correct fit. She is now comfortable and safe on her horse with the appropriate helmet for her discipline. Thank you!
RecommendedLisa was incredibly helpful and kind to my 16 yr old daughter who was in looking to buy her own nice saddle for her OTTB. We were there about two hours (the kid never wants to leave once we make the drive down) and everyone was very helpful and sweet. Dover has everything you could possibly want/need for English riding. Great prices, great products and great customer service. She found a saddle that's been ordered, Dover riding pants, saddle pad, long sleeve riding shirt.
