We got a gorgeous new run from Dover Rug in Natick. We went in without expectations and feel in love. Temel was super helpful. He was helping another customer when we arrived and sent us to the huge selection of hanging rugs to get a sense. He came back as soon as he was free, listened to what we wanted and looked at photos of our room. We easily spent 90 minutes going through the enormous selection of rugs in our size with him.
