Terribly managed by the worst CYC realty management company with no accountability to it or the HOA board members. Rates have risen 53% in 6 years due to this neglect. We moved after someone slipped on the ice due to lack of snow removal and parking lot lighting where they force you to park
Great place to live if you don’t have to deal with the management company.
