Management is more worried about their love relationship than actually managing the property!
This is NOT a good place to live. The management is deceptive and your electric bills will cost more here than if you owned a house. If you have children, it is also not a very safe place to live, the property is not maintained well and the people they hire to maintain the area are careless and have even done damage to one of our vehicles. I am in the process of looking for a new place now as this is the worst place you could live. The cost is way to much compared to everywhere else around us.
Be careful of the pine trees. They drip sap that's nearly impossible to get off your car
