2017 Best Natural Food Store in the Seacoast Area Winner! We pride ourselves in great customer service, helpful staff, and a wide variety of products. Our cafe makes homemade soups daily, organic juice/smoothie bar and sandwiches to die for, at a reasonable price. We sell supplements, foods for many allergies, gifts product, health & beauty items, and a wide variety of bulk foods, herbs and spices! We even have Kombucha on Tap!

I work in many small natural food and supplement stores in New Hampshire. I love this one! Everyone there is like family, they love and respect one another and are wonderful to their clients who also are made to feel like family. Their selection is fantastic and the vibe there is just fun and pleasant every single time I go
We love this store! The bulk bins and spice room are awesome and it's great to find some specialty plant-based items. We also love the kombucha on tap!

Amazing selection for all of your healthy eating and healthy living needs! Vegan, Paleo, organic, fair trade, and more. Friendly staff. And really, really delicious soup in the cafe in the back. I have a feeling I'll be coming back a lot �

The staff here is amazing, very friendly and willing to help with all your needs. Best place to go when your looking for all natural supplies for any of your health needs. Kim and her staff is AMAZING!!
If you need something unusual, they likely have it. Making root beer from scratch? Need ingredients for homemade granola bars? Want a selection of kombucha? Check, check, and check. I don't buy spices anywhere else, great quality and excellent price. I also take advantage of ordering cases of regular items for the case discount from time to time. I stop in at least once a week.
