well maintained in a great neighborhood
First the positive grounds are well kept neighbors are quiet and nobody bothers you. Called Theresa because they turned on the boiler and left me no control of the heat the apartment went up to 87 degrees and 24 hours later still no maintenance. I can't blame maintenance because of her indifferent attitude towards this problem she may have thought it was a non issue and with her attitude never sent the maintenance request in. Beware!
